New York has imposed significant new obligations on financial services (and other) employers - some of which take effect within weeks. The agenda for the next meeting will be to provide a brief overview of these new obligations and use them as a discussion point for best practices. In particular, topics to be discussed include:
- NYS and NYC sexual harassment changes
- New York City safe and sick time
- New NYC protected categories
- New NYC reasonable accommodations
- Westchester County salary history
