Overview

Benjamin Sanchez focuses his practice on labor and employment law matters.

Before joining Littler, Benjamin represented clients in a variety of breach of contract and business tort disputes, including defending claims arising under construction defect, catastrophic injury, and general liability.

While in law school, Benjamin externed with the Alameda County Superior Court, Civil Court Division. He was also a comments editor for the University of San Francisco Law Review and served as vice president of the La Raza Law Students Association.
