Overview

Anne E. Reuben focuses her practice on representing employers and companies in trade secret and noncompete litigation, including obtaining temporary restraining orders and injunctive relief against departing employees.

Annie also advises employers on a variety of general employment law compliance issues including:

  • Hiring, discipline and termination
  • Wage and hour matters
  • Discrimination/retaliation complaints
  • Leave of absence and disability accommodations

She has assisted clients with drafting employment agreements, confidentiality/noncompete agreements and severance agreements. Additionally, she has provided guidance on investigating and responding to formal charges filed with administrative agencies, such as the EEOC.

Before joining Littler, Annie practiced at both national and regional full-service law firms, as well as at a boutique employment law firm in North Carolina.
