Chrissta Mukherjee is a member of the Littler CaseSmart® team and is based in Nebraska. As Program Manager, Chrissta contributes to the success of the Littler CaseSmart platform by ensuring successful client implementation and client relations; providing financial oversight for employment class, collective, mass and representative actions managed on the Littler CaseSmart platform; hiring, training, and supervising Littler CaseSmart Counsel; and collaborating with team members and clients to accomplish Littler CaseSmart goals and initiatives.
Prior to becoming a Program Manager, Chrissta was Littler CaseSmart Discovery Counsel, as well as the Team Lead for the Littler CaseSmart Class Action Discovery Team. As Team Lead, Chrissta assisted in the hiring and training of new discovery counsel, as well as the ongoing management and supervision of the discovery team. She also helped develop best practices and processes in the area of class, collective, representative, and mass arbitration discovery. As Discovery Counsel, Chrissta partnered with local Littler litigation teams in formulating and executing a discovery strategy for employment class, collective, mass and representative actions. She drafted discovery requests and responses, evaluated the opposing party’s requests and responses, reviewed documents and oversaw document productions, conducted discovery-related legal research and briefing, and prepared for depositions.
Prior to joining Littler, Chrissta served as counsel for clients in the pharmaceutical and medical device industries, handling large, complex and high-profile cases. She has experience in civil litigation, including products liability, consumer fraud, false claims, and anti-kickback.
