(February 13, 2017) – Three attorneys of Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, have been recognized by BTI Consulting Group, Inc., as Client Service All-Stars. Shareholder Susan Katz Hoffman (Philadelphia), Shareholder Steven L. Rahhal (Dallas) and Associate Steve Baumann (Denver) were named in the esteemed report, “BTI Client Service All-Stars 2017.” Rahhal was also designated among 54 “top attorneys reinventing client relationships” as a BTI Client Service All-Star MVP for garnering client recognition in back-to-back years. He has earned the designation four times overall. Additionally, Baumann was the only associate named to the list among all of the national firms that were included.
Comprised of 319 total U.S. attorney names, the 2017 edition was formed by feedback from more than 300 corporate counsel at Fortune 1000 and other large companies. This is the tenth consecutive year at least one Littler attorney has been selected as a BTI Client Service All-Star.

About Susan Katz Hoffman
Hoffman has more than 40 years of experience representing employers in benefits litigation, plan design and corporate transactions, frequently working with clients in the transportation, banking, manufacturing and retail industries, as well as the public sector and public utility companies. Inducted as a Charter Fellow of the American College of Employee Benefits Counsel, Inc., she has specific expertise with matters involving the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), the Internal Revenue Code and the Bankruptcy Code. A sought-after speaker and writer, Hoffman often presents on employee benefits tax issues, litigation and regulation. In 2016, Hoffman was named Philadelphia’s “Lawyer of the Year” in Employment Benefits (ERISA) Law by Best Lawyers in America©. She earned her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School, her M.B.A., with distinction, from the University of Pennsylvania, and her B.A., with honors, from Lake Forest College.
About Steven Rahhal
Board certified in labor and employment law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization, Rahhal has more than 25 years of management-side labor law. A significant amount of his practice is spent representing clients on aspects of labor management relations, from helping companies to maintain a union-free environment to handling union organizing campaigns, collective bargaining, union labor practices and arbitrations. He has appeared before state and federal courts, the National Labor Relations Board, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Occupational Safety and Health Administration and the Department of Labor Wage and Hour Division. In addition to being named a BTI Client Service All-Star four times, he has been recognized in Best Lawyers in America© every year since 2012. Rahhal earned his J.D. from the University of Oklahoma College of Law, with honors, and his B.A. from the University of Oklahoma.
