Employment Trial Lawyer Oswald Cousins Joins Littler Mendelson

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (January 25, 2011) – Littler Mendelson, P.C. (Littler), the nation's largest employment and labor law firm representing management, announced today that Oswald Cousins has joined the firm as a shareholder in its San Francisco office.

Prior to joining Littler, Cousins was a partner in the employment department at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe's San Francisco office.

Cousins has extensive experience representing employers in federal and state courts, and in numerous jury trials, arbitrations and administrative proceedings. He has also enjoyed counseling both emerging companies and major corporations regarding all aspects of employment law. Among other things, he has assisted employers with discrimination, harassment and retaliation claims; disability accommodation issues; drafting and interpreting employment contracts; planning and implementing reductions in force; employee leave issues; trade secrets and privacy matters.
