In order to provide clarification for employers on potential changes to the U.S. Government’s workplace policy agenda, we will provide insight on topics that could have significant impact on the relationships between employers and employees in the next few years. This program will address how employers, in-house counsel and human resources professionals can adequately prepare for the changes that lie ahead and also help their companies analyze relevant legal risks.

In this briefing, we examine:

  • Federal Agenda Impact: Up-to-date information on President Trump’s impact on legislative and regulatory employment and labor activity, as well as what this means for Tennessee law
  • EEOC Trends From 2016: A review of the most critical EEOC developments in 2016 and how they will affect policy in 2017
  • Focus on Government Contractors: How will an increased effort on compliance and enforcement affect your company’s workforce?
