The Program in Conflict Resolution and Collective Bargaining Agreements for Professionals in Mexico is a program designed to increase participants’ negotiation skills by teaching basic negotiation skills and new techniques applicable to the negotiation of collective bargaining agreements.

The program will be taught in Spanish by expert practitioners from Latin America and the United States of America. Some modules will be presented in English and simultaneously translated into Spanish.
