Wal-Mart's sex-discrimination ruling limits class action worker suits

This article focuses on the June 20, 2011 U.S. Supreme Court ruling in a class-action sex discrimination case against Wal-Mart Stores Inc. According to Dennis Brown, the court’s ruling will not put an end to class-action lawsuits getting court approval, but the group of people the suits claim to represent will “have to be more limited.”
