In this article, Dennis Brown of Littler's San Jose office explains the risks that employers assume if they choose to accept video resumes from job applicants. He warns that this new type of resume reveals information about a person that could lead to a discrimination lawsuit. "My advice to my clients who have asked me about video résumés — and I have had a lot of clients ask lately — is do not accept, do not review video résumés," says Brown.
