Anita M. Polli

Anita Polli represents employers in all phases of labor and employment law with specific experience advising healthcare organizations including academic medical centers, large and small healthcare systems, and hospitals. Anita negotiates collective bargaining agreements and advises employers with respect to union organizing campaigns.

Anita’s practice is almost exclusively devoted to helping healthcare employers develop practices that comply with the National Labor Relations Act. She has extensive experience advising healthcare employers throughout the country on lawful strategies during all stages of union organizing campaigns. Anita also advises employers how to take proactive steps to promote a positive culture, including leadership training for all levels of management.

Anita has successfully led organizations through complex and highly charged union corporate campaigns with significant external visibility. She has also participated in and advised employers through strikes and other job actions.
