Sean M. Fisher has experience in all facets of civil litigation before federal courts, Connecticut state courts, state and federal agencies, and arbitration panels, including substantial experience representing clients in employment matters including federal and state discrimination law claims, restrictive covenants, common law duties of loyalty, and theft of trade secrets.
Sean also serves as counsel to the Federal Grievance Committee for the U.S. District Court for the District of Connecticut (FGC) where he advises the FGC concerning attorney disciplinary matters and represents the FGC’s interests in court.
Prior to joining the firm, Sean served as a law clerk to the Hon. Thomas P. Smith, U.S. Magistrate Judge for the District of Connecticut, and to the Hon. Dominic J. Squatrito, U.S. District Judge for the District of Connecticut.
During law school, he was a note and casenote editor of the of the Quinnipiac Law Review.
