Priya Gupta joined Littler in 2024 after being a summer associate in 2023. Priya’s practice currently focuses on discrimination and harassment issues, wage and hour claims, and Illinois specific employment concerns.
Priya is a 2024 graduate of Loyola University Chicago School of Law, where she was a Thomas More Merit Scholarship recipient. During law school, she was a dean’s list student and served as an associate editor for the Loyola University Chicago School of Law Journal of Regulatory Compliance. Priya was a member of Loyola’s Honors Appellate Advocacy Program and competed on the Thomas Tang Moot Court Team, where she won Best Regional Brief and finished the season as a national semi-finalist.
