Panoramica

Oleg V. Nudelman is a dedicated litigator with experience defending employers in Title VII, ADA, ADEA, 42 U.S.C. § 1983, Texas Labor Code, contract, and tort lawsuits in federal and state courts and responding to administrative charges of discrimination. Oleg is committed to vigorously defending employment claims and to helping clients develop effective and efficient litigation strategies. He also has experience advising and training clients on regulatory compliance and policy development, assisting them in fulfilling their responsibilities under state and federal law.

Before joining Littler, Oleg represented and counseled educational institutions in employment, civil rights, and administrative law matters at a Texas law firm and also practiced commercial litigation in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
