Hillary A. Fraenkel concentrates her practice in the area of employment defense under EPLI policies.
Hillary has more than 24 years of experience in litigating employment claims from pre-suit demand letters through trial and appeals in both state and federal courts in New Jersey and New York. Hillary also has extensive experience defending employment claims in federal, state, and local agencies such as the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the New Jersey Division On Civil Rights, the New York State Division of Human Rights and the New York City Commission On Human Rights. Hillary’s experience includes the defense of E&O and D&O claims, and she has defense experience in commercial litigation and construction injury litigation.
