Artificial intelligence and other emergent technologies continue to change how and where work is performed. This creates new and exciting opportunities. It also poses new types of legal issues and challenges in managing the workforce.
The presenters will explore the following topics from a Canadian perspective:

- Remote work in a post-pandemic era: Navigating the challenges, leveraging the opportunities, and special considerations for the multi-jurisdictional employer
- Electronic monitoring and security measures: privacy issues in unionized and non-unionized work environments
- Managing work-from-home family status and disability accommodation requests
