Samantha L. Thomas

Samantha L. Thomas handles a range of matters, including employment litigation, advice and counsel for employers, and internal investigations. Samantha has experience representing clients in the nonprofit and education industries, among others. She counsels clients on the complexities of labor and employment law, including advising employers regarding workplace practices and policies, and drafting employment, separation, and confidentiality agreements. She also has experience conducting internal investigations for education and nonprofit clients, and defending a private school client in a state court action involving negligence claims.

Prior to joining Littler, Samantha was an associate attorney at a well respected law firm in New York.
