Abbey Lee focuses her practice on employment discrimination, wage and hour litigation, and employment agreements. She gained experience in civil litigation and discovered her passion for serving the unique needs of business owners navigating complex employment matters. Abbey serves small and large businesses on a wide range of issues including government and internal investigations, compliance, counseling, and civil litigation.
Abbey earned her J.D. after spending several years working for a Fortune 500 company in various capacities, including public affairs. While in law school, Abbey was an editor for two respected publications, including the Kansas Journal of Law and Public Policy and the Harvard Journal of Law and Public Policy. She was also a member of the University of Kansas Moot Court Council.
