Daniel Coolidge focuses his practice on employment law matters. With experience in state and federal court, Daniel has advised clients and litigated claims arising under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Equal Pay Act, the Texas Commission on Human Rights Act, the Texas Whistleblower Act, and constitutional-related claims under 42 U.S.C. Section 1983.

Prior to joining Littler, Daniel was an Assistant Attorney General in the General Litigation Division of the Office of the Attorney General of Texas, where he defended state officials, agencies, and universities in constitutional and employment litigation matters.

After law school, Daniel clerked for Justice Jimmy Blacklock of the Texas Supreme Court.
