Katie Banks

Katie Banks focuses her practice on labor and employment law matters. She has argued hearings in both state and federal court, second chaired jury trials in both state and federal court, participated in arbitrations, and successfully argued numerous motions for summary judgment.

Prior to joining Littler, Katie was an associate at a Texas law firm, representing various business interests throughout Texas in a variety of legal matters, including employment law. In law school, Katie served as an editor for the Houston Law Review. She also interned for various state court judges, the First Court of Appeals, and Federal Judge Gregg Costa for the Southern District of Texas, Galveston Division.
