Matthew J. Lynch

Matthew J. Lynch represents employers in labor and employment matters, including claims of harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination and retaliation. Matt has represented local, statewide and national employers in Massachusetts and New Hampshire in proceedings before state and federal courts, state and federal agencies, and at mediation.

Prior to joining Littler, Matt worked at a boutique law firm concentrating in civil defense litigation where, in addition to employment-related matters, he defended corporate entities and individuals in personal injury, construction and professional malpractice matters.

While in law school, he earned a Top 10 Oralist award in the Wendell F. Grimes Moot Court Competition.
