Stacey F. Blank helps clients navigate all stages of litigation from initial strategy building to mediation, arbitration, trials and appeals. She has tried cases before federal and state courts, including the California Courts of Appeal.
Stacey represents clients in a range of employment matters, with a particular focus on defending wrongful termination and unfair competition cases. Her experience includes wage and hour issues and claims related to the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and retaliation.
With more than two decades of trial experience, Stacey has represented companies in a wide range of industries, including transportation, healthcare, construction, real estate and higher education. In addition to her litigation practice, she regularly assists clients with risk mitigation efforts.
