Emma Chase-Swartz

Emma Chase-Swartz advises and represents employers in a broad range of labor and employment matters arising under federal and state law. Emma’s litigation practice includes representing employers in unfair labor practice and unlawful termination claims. She also leads labor relations training sessions for management and regularly advises clients on legal compliance related to the National Labor Relations Act, Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Americans with Disabilities Act, and privilege matters.
