Panoramica

Daniel XuLi represents employers in all phases and types of employment litigation including wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, retaliation, and wrongful termination claims, with a focus on California wage and hour class actions and the California Private Attorney General Act (PAGA). He also counsels employers regarding their employment practices and policies, and creates and presents workplace training sessions tailored to employers' goals and company culture. 

Prior to joining Littler, Daniel was an associate at a top-tier Vault 50 international law firm and AmLaw 100 national law firm where his practice focused on management-side employment litigation and advice and counsel. Previously, he clerked for the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC), U.S. Department of Justice, Office of Trustee, and Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory’s Office of General Counsel. His professional experiences outside of the realm of law are rooted in business, management, and accounting.
