Robert (Bobby) Geiger is an employment attorney who advises executives, legal departments, and human resource professionals on a wide range of employment and personnel matters. Bobby advises clients in a variety of industries, including small startups, national retail corporations, local transportation and construction companies, and municipalities.
Bobby is also a vigorous advocate and defends employers in wage and hour matters involving overtime, off-the-clock work, minimum wage, meal and rest violations, and unpaid commissions. He has experience litigating single plaintiff matters, class actions, and representative actions under the Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). Bobby also defends employers in claims for discrimination, harassment, and retaliation under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), as well as whistleblower claims. He has successful experience as first-chair in arbitration proceedings.
During law school, Bobby served as an extern for the Hon. William V. Gallo in the Southern District of California, and as a law clerk in the U.S. Attorney’s Office, Civil Division. He was lead articles editor for San Diego Law Review, and an associate member of Moot Court.
