Cristina Prieto Ramos has extensive experience providing employment advice to companies in all areas related to labor law. She focuses her practice on recruitment and employment contracts, substantial changes in conditions, as well as disciplinary regime.
She advises on individual and collective processes for the substantial modification of working conditions, negotiation strategies and union election processes. In addition, she has extensive litigation experience before the Courts and Tribunals of the Social Order in all instances.
Cristina has been a member of the Madrid Bar Association since 2010, after finishing university studies through a scholarship for Excellent Academic Achievement from the Community of Madrid, where she received an Extraordinary End of Degree Award for Labor Sciences. She has published several articles on labor matters in the human resources magazine Observatorio.
