Michael S. Yellin

Michael S. Yellin advises employers in a broad range of employment law matters arising under federal and state law. Mike represents clients in state and federal courts, as well as before federal, state, and municipal administrative agencies. He has handled appeals to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, Wisconsin Supreme Court, Wisconsin Court of Appeals, and Illinois Courts.

Prior to joining Littler, Mike was an attorney in the litigation practice group at a large international law firm and at a boutique trial firm.

Mike was a managing editor of the Wisconsin Law Review and a member of the Wisconsin Moot Court Board during law school.
