(November 9, 2017) – Littler, the world’s largest employment and labor law practice representing management, received a perfect rating of 100 percent for the 10th consecutive year in the 2018 Corporate Equality Index. Directed by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation (HRC), the index is a nationwide benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices linked to LGBTQ workplace equality.

Littler fulfilled all of the criteria of the Corporate Equality Index. The results led to the 10th consecutive perfect score of 100 and a designation among the “Best Places to Work.” The index rated 947 businesses by evaluating LGBTQ-related policies and practices, including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive healthcare benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community. The firm is included among a record-breaking 609 employers that also achieved top marks this year.
