Lindbergh Porter represents employers throughout the United States in all types of employment litigation, including:

  • Class actions
  • Discrimination and retaliation
  • Wage and hour
  • Wrongful termination and whistleblower

He has represented employers in more than 50 individual and class action court, jury, and regulatory agency trials, and has handled more than 75 class actions. Lindbergh represents employers in collective bargaining and other phases of traditional labor matters before the National Labor Relations Board, and has handled approximately 100 arbitrations. In appellate practice, he has briefed or argued more than a dozen state and federal appellate cases, including several that set legal precedent. He has specific experience with:

  • Title VII of the Civil Rights Act
  • The Fair Labor Standards Act
  • The National Labor Relations Act
  • The Fair Employment and Housing Act

Additionally, Lindbergh authors numerous articles and speaks at employment and labor law seminars and conferences sponsored by national, state, and local bar associations and industry organizations. Most often, he works with clients in:

  • Financial services
  • Hospitality
  • Media
  • Construction
  • Technology
  • Healthcare

Lindbergh serves as a neutral evaluator for the U.S. District Court and has served as a lawyer representative to the U.S. Court of Appeals.

He previously served as chairperson of the firm's Board of Directors and is an emeritus member of Littler's Diversity & Inclusion Council. Prior to practicing law, he worked in retail management and for a nonprofit organization.

In law school, Lindbergh was a National Moot Court finalist. He has taught Moot Court at the University of California Berkeley School of Law.
