Inclusion, equity and diversity are a fundamental part of who we are – and a core principle we live by every day. From our very first days as a law firm, we’ve believed that a culture that prioritizes inclusivity leads to better outcomes – for both us and our clients. And it’s why we continue to instill an atmosphere of collaboration in everything we do.

Our sponsorship and mentoring initiatives, like the Career Advocacy Program and SOAR Program, are designed to encourage the professional development and career growth of our attorneys. We also support and empower them through affinity and employee resource groups, as well as internal initiatives that we have developed.

We live and breathe inclusion, equity and diversity.

It influences our work and is vital to our future. This is an exciting time at Littler, as we look toward a continued commitment to enhancing efforts both inside and outside the firm.

Affinity and Employee Resource Groups

Littler's affinity and employee resource groups offer a forum to create affinity-focused programming, giving members a space to have candid conversations.

Bollo

Bollo provides support, development and networking opportunities for attorneys who identify as Black, African American, African, Caribbean and/or mixed-race, part Black, and allies.

Individuals with Disabilities

Individuals with Disabilities provides support, development and networking opportunities for attorneys with disabilities and their allies.

'Ohana

‘Ohana provides support, development and networking opportunities for attorneys who identify as Asian, Middle Eastern, Native Hawaiian, North African, Pacific Islander, and allies.

Pride

Pride provides support, development and networking opportunities for attorneys who are members of the LGBTQ+ community and their allies.

Reunión

Reunión provides support, development and networking opportunities for attorneys who identify as Latine, Latina, Latino, Hispanic and/or Spanish-speaking, and their allies.

Parenting at Littler (PALs)

PALs helps ensure that the firm’s culture and practices are aligned with supporting and empowering attorneys with caregiving responsibilities.

Veterans Initiative

Support, development and opportunities for attorneys who are former servicemembers, current Reserve and National Guard servicemembers, military spouses, family members and allies.

Women’s Leadership Initiative (WLI)

WLI provides support, development and networking opportunities for women and nonbinary attorneys and their allies.
