Unfortunately, incidents of violence in the workplace are too common and can occur in a variety of different industries and work environments. These incidents can be extremely challenging for employers to predict and manage and can have long term consequences for employers and employees.

This webinar will examine the common challenges associated with preventing and managing workplace violence events. We will also discuss the steps that employers can take to protect against violence in the workplace, how these actions are driven by Cal/OSHA requirements, and how some employers are addressing the potential for an active shooter in the workplace.
