Now that benefits have been available under Washington state's Paid Family and Medical Leave Act for over a year (one of the most generous paid family and medical leave programs in the nation), employers have learned how Washington PFMLA works and how it doesn't. During this program, Littler's Seattle office will review the lessons learned from a year under the new program, answer questions employers frequently encounter, and offer practical suggestions and recommended practices to prepare you for successful Washington PFMLA compliance.
