Work-from-home requests were increasing even before the COVID-19 pandemic started. Many of the employees sent home to work during the pandemic are either unwilling or unable to return to the physical worksite. As employers roll out “return-to-office” plans, they are facing requests from employees to continue working from home and must now determine whether, and under what terms, they should provide employees with remote work arrangements.

In this webinar, Littler attorneys will offer practical suggestions on how employers can and should approach remote work requests in light of lessened restrictions. We will discuss:
