Thursday, December 3, 2020

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM PST

On November 19, 2020, the California Occupational Safety and Health Standards Board (Cal/OSHA) unanimously adopted emergency temporary standards regarding COVID-19 prevention in the workplace. These regulations will be enforceable against almost all employers statewide and are likely to impact your operations in California.

These temporary requirements went into effect on November 30 and appear under Title 8 sections 3205-3205.4 of the California Code of Regulations.

This timely webinar addresses the following questions:

  • Who falls within the scope of the regulation
  • What needs to be included in your California pandemic plan under the emergency regulation
  • What is an “outbreak” under the regulation
  • What kind of notifications are required
  • Does the housing or transportation you provide to employees fall within the regulation
  • What to anticipate once the regulation is effective and an OSHA inspector shows up at your facility
