Employee accommodation requests – and disability-related litigation – are on the rise, while employers continue to struggle with knowing how best to satisfy their legal obligations towards employees with disabilities. This session takes a practical approach to the issues involved. Using a case study method that encourages participation from the audience, this session will provide practical guidance on handling accommodation requests and applying performance and conduct standards to employees with disabilities.​
