Littler, in-house counsel, HR, and other compliance personnel from prominent financial services organizations present a highly engaging virtual roundtable discussion. This interactive forum will allow industry colleagues to share how businesses are handling current legal challenges. Participants will explore practical, out-of-the-box approaches to address challenges they have faced, sharing ideas and strategies that have proven successful.

We will explore the following issues together:

  • What are the disparate-impact considerations of permitting hybrid work for revenue generators but not the back office?
  • Can my firm permit “work from anywhere” and comply with regulatory expectations?
  • What impact has hybrid work had on the financial industry’s office culture, employee recruitment and retention?
