On December 22, 2017, President Trump signed into law the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act of 2017 (TCJA). The TCJA represents the most significant tax reform in more than 30 years. The speakers will provide an analysis of the TCJA's provisions that impact employers the most. The discussion will include:

  • The impact of the rate changes on the supplemental income tax withholding rules
  • The changes to the deduction and exclusion of several popular fringe benefits
