We are “hounded” daily with questions from employers about service animals: their obligations to permit animals, verifying the legitimacy of the request, and the rights of employees, customers and visitors. This Valentine’s Day, Littler attorneys will discuss obligations under both the employment (Title I) and public accommodations (Title III) provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Attendees will learn that a service animal is more than a vest, and we may even talk about sweet little horses.

Registration and Breakfast: 8:30 - 9:00 a.m.

Program: 9:00 - 10:00 a.m.

Continuing Education

CLE, SPHR/PHR and SHRM certifications are pending approval.
