Looking Back and Looking Ahead: Continuing Compliance with New York's Hospitality Wage Order

This program, geared toward in-house counsel and human resource professionals in the hospitality industry, is a true roundtable discussion: lectern-free with the unique opportunity to share insights and vet challenges with industry colleagues. We will identify strategies that have been successful in dealing with the reduced tip credit and increased tipped minimum wage as well as methods that proved less favorable. Attendees also will analyze wage and hour issues that lie ahead for the hospitality industry, including discussion of the December 31, 2016 revised Hospitality Wage Order. We will also discuss strategies for collective/class action avoidance.
