In Fiscal Year 2017, the EEOC filed the largest number of lawsuits in recent years, and more than double the number filed the prior year. ADA claims continue to dominate. In October 2017, the EEOC issued its most recent Strategic Enforcement Plan. In December 2017, the EEOC announced that its Strategic Plan is under review. We still await Senate approval of a new EEOC Chair and Commissioner.

This informative webinar will discuss highlights from Littler’s Annual Report on EEOC Developments - Fiscal Year 2017, and anticipated plans for the coming year. Covered topics include:
