Kamala Harris’ First 100 Days in Office

Littler formed the Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI) in 2008. The initiative focuses on developing and retaining women leaders, because Littler values the importance of having women leaders at every level of the firm. As the labor and employment law environment changes, WLI is here to make sure Littler is able to handle whatever the future brings.

Offered on the third Thursday of every month when we will discuss legal updates impacting women.

On the campaign trail, Kamala Harris promised to raise the minimum wage to $15 and end the gender pay gap. The speakers will discuss expected and potential reforms and how the first 100 days are playing out for the first woman vice president.
