This series of presentations will provide you with a basic legal understanding of Mexican labor law.
This course is aimed at professionals interested in understanding the basic concepts of Mexican labor law, including professionals, managers, HR and legal directors with responsibilities for operations in Mexico.
During this course, participants will receive information on the basic principles of Mexican labor law, best practices, updates on jurisprudential criteria, and guidance on the management of individual and collective labor relations.
