The U.S. Department of Labor has published the final changes to the regulations that govern the “white collar” overtime exemptions. The new rule goes into effect on December 1. At these limited attendance and interactive breakfast briefings, we will explore:

  • What are the changes to the white collar exemption rules?
  • What employees are affected by the changes?
  • How does the new credit for bonuses and commissions work?
  • How should we plan for the changes?
  • What should we be doing right NOW?

These briefings will provide detailed guidance on the regulations and practical steps on how employers can respond to these changes.
