In this session, we will navigate the new waters of legalized marijuana in Illinois and how it impacts your policies and practices in managing your workforce in these changing times. We will include discussion on the legal framework affecting marijuana and the workplace, accommodating marijuana users and marijuana testing policies and whether/when/how to test for marijuana at all.

This quarterly workshop series will be an interactive discussion with practical application of the recent changes in Illinois legislation. Additional dates and topics will be announced as we near closer to the beginning of each quarter.

Continuing Education
