Federal Database on Driver Drug and Alcohol Use Goes Live: How to Prepare for the Drug and Alcohol Clearinghouse

On January 6, 2020, employers have new responsibilities in administering U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) drug and alcohol programs for regulated drivers.
