On April 23, the FTC will hold an Open Commission Meeting and will vote on whether to issue a final rule that would ban the use of noncompete agreements by employers with limited exceptions. Littler shareholders Jim Witz, Melissa McDonagh, and Jim Paretti will discuss the nuts and bolts of the final rule, potential legal challenges to it, and practical advice for employers regarding steps to take both in the short and long term.
