This webinar will address various issues based on the EEOC’s new way of doing business by entering into the digital age:

  • What are the key elements of the new Digital Charge System
  • Can employers opt out of the system
  • How does this new system impact employer position statements
  • What steps should an employer take knowing that position statements will be shared with charging parties

This webinar also will address what other procedural issues should be considered in the investigation process.
