By March 31, 2021, employers with 100 or more employees, and at least one employee who works out of California, must file their first annual California Pay data collection reports. The California reporting mandate is the first of its kind and is similar to the former EEO-1 Component 2 reporting requirement. Reporting parameters include employee location, W-2 wages, and hours worked, as well as race/ethnicity, gender, EEO-1 job category, and pay band.

Attendees will learn general requirements, technical reporting parameters, data security, and risk mitigation strategies for your organization.
