Employment Strategies for Companies in Peru

This program offers a high-level discussion of the current issues facing multinational companies in Peru.

Our speakers from Peru, Colombia, Central America, Mexico and the United States will provide strategic planning analysis and practical recommendations for managing labor and employment law matters, including:

• Migration policies for the workplace: In keeping up with technological advances and global expansion, the need arises to find partners from different origins and geographical locations. Our speakers will discuss recruitment strategies and the management of foreign employees in light of the possibilities and limits within the law of each country.
• Working time flexibility arrangements: The constant search for work-life balance creates the need to implement ways to make work time more flexible or to control it. This panel will address international corporate trends geared towards employee productivity and welfare and how these trends may apply in Peru.
