The 2016 Presidential election was arguably one of the most contentious, unpredictable, and politically polarizing races in this nation's history. In the end, Donald Trump will be sworn in as the 45th president on January 20, 2017, with a Republican majority in both Houses of Congress. What will this mean for the employer community? How will the course of labor and employment law be changed and how can you help shape it?

During this program we will examine the workplace policy agenda that President-elect Trump and his campaign suggested they may pursue if elected. While neither the press nor we can predict the future, we will assess the changes – from probable to possible – that will likely affect employers in the new Trump era.
